QR code photo sharing: guests scan, upload, no app

A photo QR code from PicBee opens an upload gallery for your event, not a link to one picture. Guests scan it with the phone camera, the gallery opens in the browser, and they add their photos with no app and no account.

Their phone photos land in the same gallery as the photographer's set: both cameras, one gallery.

Free to start: one free event holds up to 10 photos. Read about free QR code event photo sharing, or compare event photo plans.

How QR Code Photo Sharing Works

1

Create Your Event

Set up your event gallery in minutes, add your event name, and generate your unique QR code.

2

Display the QR Code

Print the code on table cards, posters, or wedding programs. Display on screens at your venue.

3

Guests Scan & Upload

Guests scan with their phone camera. The gallery opens in the phone browser, no app download. They select or take photos and upload.

4

Photos Appear Live

Guest uploads appear in your gallery straight away. Turn on approval if you want to check them first, or show them on a live slideshow.

Why QR Code Photo Sharing?

No App Download

Guests upload from the phone browser. Nothing to install.

Quick Access

Guests go from scanning to uploading without an install or a sign-up.

Works for Everyone

Any smartphone with a camera can scan and upload.

Multiple Upload Options

Take new photos or upload from camera roll.

Why guests need no app

The QR code opens your event gallery in the phone's web browser. Guests upload from there, so there is nothing to install and no account to create. On iPhone, POV camera and photo booth links can also open as an App Clip; regular uploads stay in the browser. Step by step: how guests upload photos.

Guests can upload JPEG, PNG and WebP photos. Video uploads are not supported.

Before you print the code, scan it with an iPhone and an Android phone and upload a test photo from each.
