Fair Usage Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

How unlimited photos and unlimited events work on PicBee.

These allowances keep PicBee reliable for every event on the platform. They apply together with our Terms of Service. Questions about a specific event can go to contact.

01

What PicBee is for

PicBee stores photos from events you host or deliver for clients. It is not a general cloud drive. Do not use it as a substitute for Dropbox, Google Drive, or a personal backup of files that are not part of an event.

02

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the photos uploaded to your gallery. They must be lawful, appropriate for the event, and not infringe someone else's rights or trademarks. Guest uploads are included in the same limits as photos you upload yourself.

03

Event plans

One-time event plans have a photo ceiling for that event:

  • Essential: 1,000 photos.
  • Premium: 5,000 photos.
  • Ultimate is described as unlimited and is subject to this policy: up to 20,000 photos per event.

Uploads stop when the photo count or the storage allowance is reached, whichever comes first. For most large events, 20,000 photos is enough. If you need more, contact us and we can raise the limit for that event.

04

Photographer and business plans

Photographer, Professional, and Studio plans include unlimited events. That means you can open as many events as you need. Each plan still has a monthly photo allowance and an active storage allowance:

  • Photographer: 10,000 photos per month and 500 GB.
  • Professional: 25,000 photos per month and 1 TB.
  • Studio: 50,000 photos per month and 2 TB.

Whichever limit is reached first applies. Custom domains are 5, 25, or 100 depending on the plan. One hundred custom domains is the account ceiling.

05

After your plan ends

Event plans include 3 months of gallery hosting. If you do not extend, the event stays online for 14 more days. On that 14th day we delete the event and the albums, photos, booth strips, POV uploads, photobooks, and files stored for it.

Photographer, Professional, and Studio subscriptions keep every event on the account while the subscription is active. If you do not renew, those events stay for 7 more days. On that 7th day we delete every album, photo, and event on the account.

We email you 10 days before the plan ends, on the day it ends, 2 days after it ends, and on the day the gallery is deleted, unless you have subscribed again.

06

If a gallery goes past the policy

PicBee may stop new uploads, lower a limit, or suspend an event or account that exceeds these allowances or uses the service as general file storage. We will tell you when we do this, except where we need to act immediately to protect the service or other customers.
