One gallery holds both cameras

Host apps collect guest photos. Photographer galleries deliver your selects. PicBee does both in the same event: you upload the edited set, and guests add the speeches, tables, and dance floor you were not standing in.

The setup order is the same one in the client gallery setup guide: cull, create the event, set privacy and downloads, sort albums, then send one link.

What the gallery includes

  • A private delivery link for the client, with a password and download controls.
  • Guest uploads by QR code photo sharing. Files are JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Guests do not upload video.
  • Face search on every photographer plan, so a guest finds the photos that match their face.
  • Client branding, plus a custom-domain allowance of 5, 25, or 100 domains by plan. White label is on Studio.
  • A digital photobook from the same gallery. PicBee does not print or ship books.

Subscription or one event

A studio that shoots more than one event a year uses a subscription. One wedding can stay on a one-time event plan. Unlimited events on a subscription applies only inside that month’s photo cap and storage cap.

How this differs from a host-only gallery

A wedding host can still buy a one-time plan and collect guest photos. That page is the wedding photo sharing app. This page is the photographer workflow: branded delivery, a monthly photo allowance, and guest uploads added to the same client gallery.

PicBee does not offer a public API on any plan. Guest uploads stay photos only.

Client gallery questions

A client gallery is the private page where you deliver an event's photos to the couple, the company, or the guests. On PicBee that page also accepts guest uploads, so the photographer's set and the phones sit in one gallery.
No. They open a link or scan a QR code in the phone browser. The iOS and Android apps are for the host or photographer account, not for guests.
Face search and a custom-domain allowance are on every photographer subscription. Photographer includes 5 domains, Professional 25, and Studio 100. White label is on Studio only. A one-time Premium event plan ($39) also includes face search and one custom domain.
No. PicBee does not sell print fulfilment or a proofing portal. The gallery is for delivery, guest uploads, and a digital photobook PDF. Keep your own archive if the contract promises a separate full export.
