Photographer guide
Deliver the night in one gallery: your photos plus the ones guests took. Clients browse by link. Face search starts on the plans that include it.
Key takeaways
- You can sell a one-time event plan, or run events inside a photographer subscription.
- Photographer plans start at $29 a month. Annual billing is listed as save up to 30%.
- Unlimited events only applies inside the monthly photo cap and the storage cap.
- Guest uploads use a QR code or a link. Guests do not install a store app first.
- Face search, POV, photobook, custom domain, and invitations are on Premium event plans and up, and on the matching subscription tools.
- There is no API access on photographer plans.
How delivery works
- Create the event before the job, or the morning of.
- Print the QR code for the couple or the planner to put on tables.
- Upload your selects into the same gallery. Paid plans keep original quality.
- Send the link when you want clients to start browsing. You do not have to wait for a full export if a same-night preview is the point.
Many photographers still deliver a separate full-resolution set in their usual system. PicBee can be the shared gallery, not a replacement for your archive.
Your photos and guest photos
Guest phones catch tables, speeches, and the dance floor from angles you are not standing in. Those uploads sit next to your set, in albums if you sort them later.
Turn downloads on or off per the agreement with the client. That control is on every paid event plan.
Event plan or subscription
One wedding can be a one-time event plan. A studio that runs events every month usually wants a subscription, because the photo allowance resets monthly and you can open more than one event.
| Subscription | Monthly | Photos / month | Storage | Domains |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Photographer | $29 | 10,000 | 500 GB | 5 |
| Professional | $59 | 25,000 | 1 TB | 25 |
| Studio | $99 | 50,000 | 2 TB | 100 |
Annual prices on the photographer pricing page are $249, $499, and $899. The public line is save up to 30%. Studio includes white label. API access is off on all three.
Event plans are separate
Custom domain and branding
Custom domain is included from the Premium event plan, and photographer subscriptions include a domain allowance (5, 25, or 100). White label is on the Studio subscription, not on the lower two.
The account custom-domain ceiling is 100.
Face search for clients
On plans that include it, guests and clients can run Find my photos instead of asking you to pull every portrait into a chat. Tell them it is there. A feature nobody hears about does not reduce the WhatsApp messages.
Limits to plan around
- Subscription events are unlimited only inside that month's photo cap and storage cap.
- Event-plan hosting is 3 months, then one paid extension of 3 months.
- Free galleries are 10 photos. Do not send a client a free link for a full wedding.
Common questions
Can I brand the gallery?
Custom domain is on Premium and Ultimate event plans, and on photographer subscriptions within the domain allowance. White label is on the Studio plan.
Does this replace my delivery drive?
It can be the client-facing gallery. Keep your own archive if your contract promises a separate full export.
Do guests download an app?
No. They scan the QR code or open the link and upload from the phone browser. Nothing to install.
