If the button is missing, the host is on a plan without face search. They would need Premium or Ultimate. Photographer subscriptions that include the same guest tools also expose it inside those event caps.
How to run a search
- Open the gallery from the QR code or the link. See guest upload if that step is new.
- Tap Find my photos, or the face icon, if the host's plan includes it.
- Take the selfie the screen asks for, with your face filling most of the frame.
- Review the matches and download any the host has left open for download.
What it searches
It searches photos in this event, not your camera roll and not other PicBee events. A photo only appears if someone has already uploaded it: the photographer, another guest, or you.
Hats, heavy backlight, and faces turned away reduce matches. A clearer selfie usually helps more than repeating the same dark one.
If you are not in the results
- The photos of you may not be uploaded yet. Try again after the photographer adds their set.
- The gallery may be Essential or free, so face search is off.
- Your face may be too small in the frame. Ask someone to upload a closer shot.

No. It is included from the Premium event plan. Free and Essential galleries do not include it.
