Which options are 100% free?

A Google Photos shared album costs nothing. Every Google account comes with 15 GB of storage for Google Photos, Gmail and Google Drive at no cost, and Google's help page says that when you share a link to your album, anyone with the link can view the photos and add to the album.

WedUploader is free to use for your guests, sends their uploads directly to your Google Drive, and says its albums never expire. Its homepage does not state a price for the host (checked October 4, 2026). Our notes are on PicBee vs WedUploader.

Among event apps, Kululu Free allows up to 100 uploads within 24 hours, the GUESTPIX free plan 50 photos over 30 days, and Wedibox the first 50 uploads. PicBee's free account holds 10 photos, which is a test, not a wedding.

Yes. Share an album link and, in Google's words, anyone with the link can view the photos and add to the album. Storage comes out of the 15 GB each Google account shares across Photos, Gmail and Drive, and it has no wedding-specific tools.
Create a Google Photos shared album or a WedUploader album, turn the link into a QR code for the tables, and ask guests to add their photos. If you expect more photos than a free cap holds, PicBee event plans start at $29 one time.
